[Geography: Human]: Uganda: Child Labour Shoots Up – Government

Kampala — CHILD labour has increased in the last two years, according to research. Figures from the Uganda Bureau of Statistics showed that between 2006 and 2008, there were about 260,000 more child labourers in Uganda.
